    A perfect blend of sweet lobster meat, rich cream, and a touch of sherry, Blount Fine Foods' Maine Lobster Bisque is quick to prepare and full of flavor. Simply heat the whole bag in boiling water until hot and serve topped with more lobster meat, chives, croutons, a drizzle of heavy cream, or your own favorite toppings.

    • Serving Size: 8 oz
    • Servings per Container: 32
    • Preparation Instructions: 
      • Place bag in rapidly boiling water until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove the hot bag from the water and shake until contents are thoroughly mixed. Carefully cut the corner of the bag and empty into serving containers. Hold and serve at 150°F.
    • Storage Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use.
