Pasture-raised in a stress-free environment, these cows feed on grass for most of their lives before being grain-finished for 120 days to develop supremely marbled, tender, and juicy meat. Each cut is aged and then expertly butchered for consistent sizing, perfectly trimmed to reduce waste and maximize yield.
