Coming from a single-source farm in Queensland, Australia, Master Selection Australian Wagyu is among the highest breed purity Wagyu in Australia, with a grade of F4, or 93.7% or higher Wagyu genetics. A cross between Tajima Black Wagyu cattle and Black Angus cattle, the high level of genetic purity translates to supple, exceptionally marbled meat, but without losing the feeling of eating a steak.
