    Product Description

    Berkshire rib racks can be roasted whole or sliced into chops, stuffed, and grilled, broiled, or pan-fried. Kurobuta racks are suitable for any pork recipe, but tenderizing or adding strong-flavored ingredients is less necessary due to their superior quality. When roasting whole, let them rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing, loosely covered with foil, to prevent flavorful juices from running out.

    • Cooking Suggustions: Berkshire rib racks can be cooked whole or cut into chops. If preferred, these chops can be stuffed, followed by grilling, broiling, or pan-frying. These racks are suitable for any recipe that requires standard pork racks or chops, and can be enjoyed seasoned simply or coated with flavorful rubs. Recommended internal cooking tempature is 145°F, with at least a 3 minute rest before serving. When roasting these racks as a whole, allow them to rest for about 15-20 minutes.
