Cebo de campo Jamon comes from pigs that are at least 50% Black Iberian. This Jamon is awarded the third-highest grade possible for Iberian pork products - a green label. The pig must be pasture-raised and finished on a diet of acorns and grains. This ham has a rich nutty flavor that finds itself among the most sought-after meat. Iberico has earned the “wagyu of pork comparison” because of its incredible marbling and near-perfect farming needed to produce such quality meat.
