Caputo is an authentic Italian family that has become a leading “00” flour brand in Italy and the United States as a result of their commitment to great Naples milling traditions as well as use of the latest technology and techniques, expertly coupled thanks to their 89 years of experience. Caputo was founded in 1924 by Carmine Caputo upon his return to Italy from the United States, passed on to his son Antimo in 1939, and today is headed by the Caputo family for a combined three generations of leadership. Throughout these three generations, Caputo has continued to preserve and improve upon the great Neapolitan traditions for flour and products made with flour, respecting tradition in everything they do to ensure they produce simple, high quality products.
