Caputo 00 Pizza Flour produces soft and flavorful crust with the perfect level of water retention as well as high-quality protein and gluten, which result in a consistent long rising dough. Caputo 00 Pizza Flour is additive free, GMO free, and all natural.

    Uses: Caputo 00 Pizza Flour has been specifically milled for use at or above 700°F, and is perfect for traditional Neapolitan Pizza that is being made in wood fired, electric, or gas ovens.
