    Ibores with paprika by Valmorisco is a traditional raw milk cheese that was banned until DOP created strict quality control standards. The buttery and tangy flavor of this Ibores reflects the indigenous herbs and shrubs the goats graze on. Ibores with paprika is coated in Pimentón de la Vera, which provides the cheese with a mild smokiness and slightly spicy aroma.
