Caprino San Tom by Carozzi is made by combining pasteurized goat’s milk cheese from Italy’s Lombardy region with the texture of Grana. This gives the cheese a sweet, slightly acidic flavor, a strong lingering aroma, and a texture that becomes firmer and more crumbly as it ages. Caprino San Tom is a great table cheese with many uses.
