• Food Related offers FREE Curbside Order Pickup at our Schertz, TX Warehouse. No minimum purchase required.
• Curbside Pickup is available Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 5:30pm, and Saturday from 10:00am - 3:00pm.

• How to order:
  • Place your order online any time.
  • Select Curbside Pickup as your shipping option at checkout and choose your preferred date and time slot.
  • Pick up your order on your selected date and time from our Schertz, TX warehouse.

• Picking up your order:
  • Upon arrival, park in one of the numbered spots in front of the building.
  • Text your order and spot numbers to the number listed on the Curbside Pickup sign.
  • A member of the Food Related team will be out soon to deliver your order to your vehicle!

• Please note:
  • All Curbside Pickup orders have a 3-day pickup window from the day it is ready to be picked up. If requested within the original pickup window, we will hold your items for an additional 48 hours.
  • If you fail to pick up your order without contacting us, items will be donated to a local food bank. No refunds will be issued.
  • Additionally, if your order contains wine and you are unable to provide proper ID at your scheduled pickup time, you will be able to take any items not containing alcohol with you, and we will hold your wine for up to 48 hours.
  • Food Related is not responsible for spoilage or expiration of items due to a delay in pick up. We will do everything we can to keep your order fresh. However, once your order is ready for pickup, items will not be changed out or rotated.

• All Home Delivery orders are delivered by Food Related staff in branded Food Related refrigerated vans to keep your order nice and fresh

  • Receive your order on your selected date chosen at checkout. We currently do not offer Sunday delivery.

• Receiving your order:
  • If you are not home to receive your delivery, or are unable to provide ID for an order containing wine, it will be brought back to our Schertz warehouse and will be available for pickup on the following business day. Please follow our Curbside Pickup Instructions.
