Olli Salumeria

Founded in Virginia in 2010, Olli Salumeria crafts naturally sweet and less acidic cured salumi in the traditional Italian way. Owner Oliviero’s family has been making cured meats the same way since 1850, when his grandfather began curing meat in Norcia, Italy. Olli brings a taste of Italy to the table, with simple ingredients and traditional Italian methods all coming together in a perfectly delicious, cured product that will be the talk of the charcuterie board.
