This slow and careful preparation has led Gran Capirete 50 Year Reserve Sherry Vinegar to develop an ample, rounded, dry, well-balanced flavor characterized by a strong touch of sherry, a silky texture, and a prolonged acidic aftertaste with hints of dried fruits and spices. The deeply acidic aroma, with a strong sherry touch, defines the bouquet of Gran Capirete 50 Year Reserve Sherry Vinegar, and a beautiful, deeply intense mahogany color characterizes its appearance. 50 Year Reserve Sherry Vinegar should be used in small quantities due to the high concentration of its acidity and bouquet.
