    Product Description

    From France

More refined and delicate than sherry vinegar, and softer than red wine vinegar, Cave de L'Abbe Rous Banyuls Wine Vinegar is sweetened by the natural sugar from Banyuls grapes, and exudes the powerfully rich aromas of walnut, gingerbread, and vanilla, These features combine together to give Rous Banyuls Wine Vinegar an incomparable character that enhances seafood, lamb, and beef dishes, and can be used on salads or to make a phenomenal vinaigrette. Rous Banyuls Wine Vinegar has been aged for four years in oak barrels under the Mediterranean sun, before being acidified and aged for another year in new oak barrels in a cool cellar. Cave de L'Abbe Rous Banyuls Wine Vinegar has 6% acid.
