    Clove Ground consists of reddish-brown, nail-shaped buds from the tropical evergreen clove tree, ground into a fine powder. Clove Ground is sweetly pungent and strongly aromatic. 
    Suggested Applications: Clove Ground is used with meats, salad dressings, desserts, game, curry spices, and many North African and Middle Eastern meat dishes. Clove Ground is also an important ingredient for ketchup and Worcestershire sauce seasoning blends. Ground Cloves also add an extra depth of flavor to desserts and baked goods.
