Established in 1985, Connorsa is passionately dedicated to delivering the highest quality fish and shellfish possible from Spain’s northwest region of Galicia. Connorsa is acutely aware of the rich culinary history of Spain, centered around seafood and including the age-old traditions of fishing and trapping, as well as the processing and preservation of fish, dating back to the era of the Romans. Connorsa has not allowed their significant growth since their founding to distract them from maintaining the historic traditional methods, although they have prided themselves in combining these methods with modern technology in order to ensure they achieve the highest quality possible for their products.
