    Fabrique Délices was founded in 1985 as a subsidiary of SAPAR, a French company that specialized in patés since 1920, with the goal of bringing outstanding and consistent quality products with unique and eye catching presentations to the United States. Marc Poinsinon and Antonio Pinheiro, frenchmen brought on board to serve as C.E.O and Plant Manager, respectfully, purchased the company in 1996 with the goal of becoming the United States’ largest producer of fine patés and mousses. With over 100 different cooked and cured charcuterie products, Fabrique Délices produces over 3,000 pounds of product per day. To this day, Fabrique Délices has stayed true to its original vision of recreating traditional, authentic French recipes, never Americanizing any of their products, and never using preservatives, artificial ingredients, or MSG.
