Apart from a generous piece of rich steak, each cut boasts a long, frenched bone for impressive presentation. Despite their unique apperance, tomahawk steaks can be cooked similarly to any bone-in ribeye: grilled, pan-seared, or roasted.

    • Cooking Suggestions: Black Angus Tomahawk steaks can be cooked like regular beef bone-in ribeyes - roasted, quickly seared on a grill or sauted in a preheated cast-iron skillet until a crust forms on the outside, leaving the center supple and juicy. If the exposed bones get too dark, wrap them in tin-foil to prevent excessive browning during oven roasting.
