    • Servings: 8 servings
    • Preparation Instructions: Defrost 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Distribute the caramelized sugar evenly and flame for a few seconds for a crunchy topping. If serving warm, sprinkle sugar while frozen and then heat in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 392°F. Keep unused portions refrigerated and use within 3 days.
    • Serving Suggestions: Already beautifully presented in ceramic ramekins, simply sprinkle the included sugar on top and brulee with a kitchen torch before serving. Creme Brulee can also be dressed up with a simple garnish of fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
