    Product Description

    From Europe - Frozen

    Wild Monkfish Tails are expertly fished in the Gran Sol area North of Spain in the Golf of Gascogne. They are cleaned, fresh-frozen, and individually packed to ensure the highest quality. Monkfish has a flavorful, dense, and firm meat with a whitish to light gray or pinkish color that can almost be mistaken for lobster.

    Size: 8-10 oz Portions, Approx. 14/Case

    Cooking Directions:
    • Preparation: Rinse the monkfish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
    • Pan-Seared: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil or butter.
    • Grilled: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the monkfish fillets with oil.
    • Baked: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Storage and Shelf Life: Store in freezer below 0F (-18C). Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze. Shelf life: 16 month
