Farm-raised on rolling green pastures, Silver Fern's vension contains no bioengineered seeds or growth hormones. Because Silver Fern deer are raised on farms, their venison holds a rich and sweet taste, standing out for its tenderness compared to tougher and gamier wild venison.

    • Cooking Suggestions: The venison rack is a versatile cut that can be roasted whole or sliced into delicious chops and sauteed or grilled. Be sure to allow it to rest and stay covered for a few minutes post-cooking. The resting duration depends on the cut size, with larger cuts requiring longer rest periods. Venison pairs well with fruits, mushrooms, juniper berries, thyme, rosemary, beef or veal stock, and red wine.
