    Banquet D'or Chocolate Filled Croissants are crafted from layers and layers of pastry dough and real butter. Each flaky croissant encases a scrumtious blend of chocolate and hazelnut paste, complemented by a layer of chocolate drops on top. These croissants come pre-proofed, offering a convenient choice that can be easily baked from freezer to oven without the need for proofing. Perfectly suited for breakfast tables, buffets, and bakery cases, these chocolate-filled croissants add a touch of decadence to any occasion.

    • Baking Instructions:
      • Bake in a preheated oven at 320‐360°F (160‐180°C) in convection oven , or at 370‐410°F (190‐210°C) in traditional and rack ovens. Bake for 20‐24 minutes until golden‐brown. For best results bake with steam and closed damper during the first 15 minutes. 
      • DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING
