    This oven roasted petite turkey breast is a Michigan Turkey Black Label product, meaning it is made from whole muscle breast meat with minimal ingredients and is guaranteed to have a high-quality natural appearance and texture. This petite turkey breast comes fully cooked and skin-on, with a petite traditional shape.

    • Storage & Shelf Life Info:
      • Freeze within 90 days of pack date, and use open packages within 5 days.
      • Refrigerated shelf life: 90 days between 28°F and 35°F
      • Frozen shelf life: 365 days
    • Suggested Applications: Heat and carve for delicious dinner entrées. Slice or carve for fantastic cold gourmet sandwiches.
    • Serving Instructions: Remove product from both bags and place in a shallow pan including natural product juices. Coat product in vegetable oil to help with browning or apply signature seasoning to the product for preferred flavor profile (optional). Cook at 350°F in preheated convection oven until minimum serving temperature of 165°F is reached. Product will turn golden brown (heating times may very). Remove from oven. Can be served hot or chilled in cooler prior to slicing.
