La Rustichella

La Rustichella was founded in 1986 by Sergio Brugnoli with the goal of producing and collecting the precious Nircua (Umbria) black truffle of Italy. Since then, La Rustichella has distinguished itself with a managerial policy characterized by creativity, professional earnestness, and a ceaseless pursuit of quality, using these guidelines to achieve ever greater ambitions and goals, becoming a truffle leader and taking a place in international markets in the process. With the help of Sergio Brugnoli’s intuition, from day one the company emphasised an effort to embrace other cultures and customs in its pursuit to serve their customers. As part of their international efforts, La Rustichella is always prepared to leave Italy in order to introduce their truffles to new markets, and they even have export managers abroad who support their customers. La Rustichella also organizes trips to visit their customers each year. All of La Rustichella’s work is based on the traditions of their country as well as the founding Brugnoli family, with a dedication to following the ancient teachings while living in symbiosis with Mother Nature. This continued commitment and love for their work has allowed La Rustichella to become a leader in international markets, with certifications from BRC, IFS, and ISO 22000 rewarding their efforts.
