    Typically known as either pink curing salt or sel rose, Curing Salt Sel Rose Pink by Bluebonnet is a pink salt that can be rubbed in small amounts to cure meats, preventing the growth of bacteria and instantly preparing the meat for cooking or smoking.

    Suggested Applications: Curing Salt Sel Rose Pink by Bluebonnet can be used to cure hams, bacon, beef, all types of sausage, and other meats.

    Directions:
    • For all dry cures, use 12 ounces of salt per 100 lbs of meat with the desired amount of sugar.
    • For smoked sausages, cure using 4 ounces of salt for 100 lbs of meat with the desired amount of sugar.
