    All Tempesta meats are made with heritage breed pork, raised humanely without the use of antibiotics. Their pigs are fed a strictly vegetarian diet, with no use of by-products. Tempesta meats contain no synthetically produced nitrates or nitrites, other than those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.

    ‘Nduja by Tempesta is a spicy, spreadable salami from the Calabrian region of Southern Italy with no less than 4 weeks of aging.
