Guerzoni, Di Valentino, and Santa Caterina

Guerzoni was founded in 1975, and has been certified Demeter since 1980. Guerzoni produces all the biodynamic substances that are used in the “La Farnia” (English Oak) biodynamic agricultural circle. La Farnia is the measuring stick that all Italian biodynamic farmers measure themselves against. By using biodynamic agriculture to produce its products, Guerzoni is enacting a way of thought with more history than organic farming and is more focused on the concept of living in perfect harmony with the ecosystem. Thanks to these practices, Guerzoni’s grapes are of exceptional quality, with a pure taste and organoleptic features that persist even after the production process. All Guerzoni products are free of coloring agents and preservatives, and are only made with grapes from their organic biodynamic vineyards.
