Maicerías Españolas was founded in 1968 as a family business dedicated to the production of corn grits for brewing. The Dacsa brand was born in 1982 when the company entered the rice sector and began working to bring consumers closer to Valencia’s deeply rooted tradition of rice cultivation. After constant, passionate effort, in 2011 Dacsa became the first brand to obtain Parcs Naturals brand certification. Today, products from the Dacsa brand are held to the highest quality standards, delivering native products of exceptional quality as a result of a careful preparation process that includes grain by grain selection.
