Product Description
From Italy
Grana Padano is a hard, aged cheese produced in Italy. Similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano, Grana Padano gets its crumbly, grainy texture from the long aging process it goes through. Grana Padano is made using skimmed milk, which lowers its fat content, and aged for a shorter amount of time, resulting in a milder, less complex cheese with less crystallization and crumble than its longer-aged counterpart. Sanniti Grana Padano is aged 16 months for a deliciously nutty cheese to grate over pasta, soup or risotto.Priced by the Pound (Catch Weight)
This product is priced by the pound. The listed price is based on the average weight of this product and may differ from the final amount you are charged.
