    Ronde Maitres' Raclette is a traditional French Alpine-style cheese made from grass-fed raw milk. On the surface, raclette is a semi-hard cheese with an edible rind and a creamy texture, with irregular holes and a nutty, milky flavor. Though it can be eaten as is, the real magic happens once you apply a little heat. When melted, raclette takes on a perfectly gooey, sumptuous texture that coats any number of foods in a blanket of flavorful cheese.
