    From Italy

    Originating from the cheese making traditions surrounding the ancient Piave river, Piave Vecchio DOP is a full-bodied cheese with a flavor that intensifies as it ages. Piave Vecchio DOP is made from hard curd cow’s milk. After it is pasteurized the rennet is added in a large vat and worked into a paste and put in molds, where they undergo a brine bath for 48 hours.
