Hudson Valley farming takes place in Ferndale, New York, on 200 acres in the Catskill mountains, with the ducks living in spacious cage-free barns that protect them from the mountain’s freezing winters and wildlife predators. Moulard ducks are raised and processed on the farm, with each duck being evaluated by a US Department of Agriculture Inspector with strict guidelines for wholesomeness.
