    The Grecian Delight falafel fritters are a Mediterranean-inspired dish made from chickpeas, onion, serrano pepper, garlic puree, and spices. They have a crisp texture and a herbaceous, earthy flavor. They can be incorporated into salads, sandwiches, hummus bowls, and wraps for added protein and flavor. They can be served as an appetizer or a colorful lunch entree with tzatziki, hummus, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickled onions. 
    • Size: 1 oz Fritters
    • Cooking Suggestions: 
      • Deep fryer (preferred method): always cook the falafel from frozen or thawed. Heat oil to 325°f. Cook for 2 to 4 min or until it is crispy from the outside and soft.
      • Microwave: microwave falafels for 30 sec to 1 min 
      • Oven baked preparation : preheat oven to 450°f. Place thawed pucks in sheet pans close to each other. Bake for 6 min.
