Tribeca’s Rustic Olive loaf is an artisan ciabatta with a light, crisp crust and a porous, airy texture, studded with a trio of green, black, and blonde olives and complemented by a touch of thyme. Olives are pureed and blended into the dough, as well as sliced and folded in, giving this bread a rich olive taste that comes through with each and every bite.
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 385°F.
- Remove from freezer and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Thaw 30 minutes.
- Bake 12-16 minutes in preheated oven.
