    Fabbri

Fabbri was born from the union between Gennaro Fabbri and his wife Rachele Buriani, who would develop the first ever Amarena Fabbri syrup. To celebrate her creation, Gennaro Fabbri gave his wife a beautiful jar created by Faenza ceramist Riccardo Gatti. Together, with Rachel’s recipe and Gennaro’s business acumen, the couple turned Amarena Fabbri syrup into a distinctive form of innovation and creativity, a fruit with its distinctive red hues. Together these features, a dessert, a fruit, and a distinctive white and blue jar, have all combined to become a symbol of Fabbri in Italy and over 100 countries around the world since the company’s founding in 1905.
