    The croissants in Croissant - Butter - Ready to Bake by White Toque require no proofing prior to baking, instead the proofing process automatically takes place as they are being baked. Prepared correctly, Croissant - Butter - Ready to Bake by White Toque will have a golden to golden brown color, with an exemplary flaky texture and quintessential butter croissant flavor.

    • Packaging and size: 180/1.06 oz
    • Instructions: Place on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan with the glazed side up. Bake in a preheated convection oven for 15-18 minutes at 340-355 °F (170-180 °C). For a traditional or rack oven preheat to 375-390 °F (190-200 °C). Do not use steam. Cool and serve.
