Hot sopressate by Licini is made by stuffing coarsely ground cuts of fresh pork into casings, resulting in an authentic hand-cut and hand-made sopressate Licini, made through the same traditional techniques used in farmhouses and villages of the Old Country. After it has been slowly and carefully aged, a subtle seasoning of black pepper, fresh garlic, and salt is added to the sopressate, giving it a special, distinctive flavor that is sure to delight.Priced by the Pound (Catch Weight)
