    Farmed and harested in the Kyushu region of Japan, this Hamachi Loin, also known as Yellowfin Tuna, contains a higher fat content than other types of tuna for a richer, more decadent bite. Fished, hand-filleted, and immediately flash frozen at peak freshness, this hamachi is sashimi-grade, ready to be used for poke bowls, sushi, nigiri, and more.
