Paprika Spanish De la Vera Smoked Hot by La Dalia has been milled with a blend of different types of Spanish peppers in order to give it an intensely smoky aroma, rust red color, and deep, mildly spicy flavor. Paprika Spanish De la Vera Smoked Hot by La Dalia tastes similar to smoked paprika, but the use of hand-harvested “ocáleas” and bola peppers that were smoked with encina oak wood for 15 days gives this paprika a uniquely Spanish feel. The peppers used for Paprika Spanish De la Vera Smoked Hot by La Dalia were grown around the Tietar River in La Vera, the ideal climate for their growth with mild temperatures and plentiful rain.
