    Product Description

Hudson Valley Foie Gras Cubes come from the end pieces left from cutting medallions of foie gras, and are of the same high quality and flavor as those prime cuts for a much lower price. Hudson Valley Foie Gras Cubes can be eaten alone or on triangle slices of toast, and they especially go well with things that are sweet and sour like cranberry jelly. Hudson Valley Foie Gras Cubes can also be enjoyed with a glass of iced wine or sweet dessert wines.

    Hudson Valley

Established in 1982, Hudson Valley helped popularize foie gras in the United States, putting it on the culinary map nearly 30 years ago, and has since pioneered and produced the highest quality foie gras and Moulard duck products and practices. Hudson Valley farming takes place in Ferndale, New York, on 200 acres in the Catskill mountains, with the ducks living in spacious cage-free barns that protect them from the mountain’s freezing winters and wildlife predators. Moulard ducks are raised and processed on the farm, with each duck being evaluated by a US Department of Agriculture Inspector with strict guidelines for wholesomeness.
