This chevre by Haute Goat is made with fresh local goat milk that has been pasteurized at a low temperature. This cheese is hand-made according to a recipe that has been passed down for generations. The final result is this moist and creamy cheese with a mild, slightly salted flavor infused with Thai pepper.
Suggested Applications: This Thai pepper chevre can be used to finish corn chowder, used to make a dip for salty chips, put into a hot wing dip, and served with cool celery or crunchy cucumbers.

Laura's husband Jeff, an organic chemist, joined the business in 2012 to help it continue to grow and meet growing demand.
