INGREDIENTS:

• Chicken Wings
• 2 lb chicken wings
• Cooking spray
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• Sauce
• 1 jar yellow pepper jelly
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp water
• Red pepper flakes (to taste)

DIRECTIONS: Servings: 4 Total Time: 90 minutes

1. Using paper towels, pat wings dry to remove any moisture.
2. Whisk together baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder.
3. Place wings in large zip seal bag with seasoning mixture.
4. Seal bag and shake until wings are thoroughly coated.
5. Place a wire baking rack on a baking sheet.
6. Spray wire rack with cooking spray and arrange wings on it, skin side up.
7. Preheat oven to 250F, then bake 30 minutes on bottom rack.
8. After 30 minutes, move wings to upper rack, set oven to 425F, and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.
9. Meanwhile, start the sauce by combining the pepper jelly and water in a saucepan.
10. Once the pepper jelly begins to melt down, add in butter and whisk.
11. Add in red pepper flakes to your heat preference.
12. Once sauce is heated through, toss with wings to evenly coat. Enjoy!
